Expertise

People see product management differently, but these are the core attributes I bring to the solutions I work on

Product Strategy

Understanding a product's key differentiation and value is critical and should shape the various strategies (target audience, go-to-market, pricing, etc.) in a way that is consistent and focused.

Technical

I started off as a data engineer, and I believe it's important for product managers to stay technical. I like to be in the code base, perform value testing, and understand our technical state to better understand the impact and requirements for business needs.

Data-Driven

I grew up in the analytics space and ensure that data is a major contributor to how I make decisions and bring recommendations for products.

Market Voice

I don't believe a product can be successful if there is no voice of the customer and market being listened to. I prioritize setting up systems (customer interviews, closed/lost analysis, feedback forms, etc.) to collect this feedback.

Team Building

I'm a people person, and I think the relationships of the teams behind solutions have a big impact on the quality of what's delivered. Those that I've worked with consider me friends, which is an important aspect in my life.

Focused

Yes we can do all.the.things, but we'll be much better if we focus on THE THING. Having a focused strategy cultivates good products that can later expand and evolve.

Leisure

We are more than our work, so here are a couple of things I enjoy in my free time

  • All
  • Volunteering
  • Camping
  • Traveling
